Literacy Unlimited Celebrates Lucy Baum’s Transition from Executive Director to Community Outreach Advocate on International Literacy Day 

Pointe-Claire, September 8, 2023 — On the global stage of International Literacy Day, Literacy Unlimited is thrilled to honour the remarkable journey of Lucy Baum, who will be transitioning from Executive Director into the pivotal role of Community Outreach Advocate. This strategic move reflects her unwavering commitment to empowering communities through literacy. 

As Ms. Baum steps into her new role, she leaves an indelible mark on Literacy Unlimited’s legacy. Her tenure as Executive Director has been characterized by an exceptional dedication to fostering literacy as a force for positive change. Under her guidance, she has helped Literacy Unlimited evolve, from spearheading innovative programs that address literacy gaps to forging dynamic partnerships. Ms. Baum has tirelessly championed the cause of literacy.

Her role will be pivotal in amplifying voices, dismantling barriers, and inspiring collective action to propel literacy to the forefront of societal change.
